1. Introduction
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using vehicleinfo.app or any other associated websites, mobile sites, or mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Services") operated by Vehicleinfo Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at PL A, FP 61+62, 4th Floor, Vasundhara Infotech, Singanpore, Surat, Surat City, Gujarat, India, 395004 ("Vehicleinfo"). By accessing or using any Vehicleinfo Services, whether as a guest or registered user ("You," "Your," "Yourself," or "User"), You agree to be bound by these Terms ("Agreement"). If You do not agree, You must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder and do not require physical or digital signatures.
2. Eligibility And Use Of Platform
You represent that You are legally competent to contract under applicable laws and that all information provided by You while using the Platform is true, complete, and accurate.
You agree not to: Use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorised purpose, misrepresent Your identity or impersonate another person, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse any part of the Platform.
Vehicleinfo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms.
3. Services Offered
Vehicleinfo offers a comprehensive range of automobile-related services designed to assist users across various vehicle ownership and compliance needs. Through the Platform, users can access multiple informational, facilitative, and utility-based services in one place.
The services offered by Vehicleinfo include:

In addition to the above, Vehicleinfo also features certain services provided by its third-party affiliates, including:

Car and Bike Accessories: Shop for vehicle accessories.

With Vehicleinfo, users can efficiently manage their automobile-related needs through a single platform.
4. Subscriptions And Renewals
At our sole discretion, we may provide free trials. You will be charged the applicable subscription fees (if any) for use of the Products upon installation or upon expiration of a free trial period (if applicable). Unless and until You voluntarily cancel Your membership, it shall automatically renew for recurring subscription periods of the same duration at the expiration of the initial subscription term, whether such subscription is weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise.
In accordance with the policies of the applicable App Marketplace, You may cancel Your membership or automatic renewals at any time through Your account settings with such App Marketplace. Uninstalling the Product shall not result in cancellation of the membership. If You commence a subscription period and subsequently cancel during such period, You shall not be entitled to any refund for the amounts paid for that subscription period. However, You may continue to use the subscribed Products until the end of the applicable subscription period. We reserve the right to revise the applicable subscription fees at any time. Any such changes shall not apply retrospectively.
The validity of these Terms and the validity of any purchase associated with the Products shall be considered separately. Accordingly, termination of any such purchase shall not affect the validity of these Terms, and termination of these Terms may not affect the validity of any such purchase.
5. Payments, Cancellations And Refunds
All payments made through the Vehicleinfo application are processed using secure third-party payment gateways. By using the application, users agree to comply with the applicable payment processor’s terms of service and privacy policy. Vehicleinfo does not store any payment card, banking, or other payment instrument details, and all transactions are processed securely through the payment gateway. Users are responsible for any fees associated with their transactions, including applicable taxes or additional charges imposed by their financial institution.
Users may request cancellation of eligible transactions within 7–8 days from the date of purchase, provided the relevant services have not been fully utilised or accessed. To initiate a cancellation, users must contact Vehicleinfo customer support and provide valid proof of purchase along with transaction details. Each cancellation request will be reviewed, and users will be informed of the outcome. If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with this policy and may take 7–8 business days to reflect in the user’s account.
Refunds may be issued for transactions that meet specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to billing errors, technical issues with the service, or unauthorised transactions. Refund requests must be raised within 7–8 days from the purchase date. Approved refunds may take up to 7–8 business days to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Certain services or features may be non-cancellable and non-refundable, particularly where such services have already been accessed or consumed. Any associated fees, including taxes or processing charges, may also be non-refundable. Refunds shall not be issued for issues arising due to user negligence, including incorrect inputs, misuse of the application, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Notwithstanding anything stated above, Vehicleinfo reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion, based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
6. Challan Service Policy
Vehicleinfo enables users (“You” / “User”) to facilitate the payment and settlement of traffic challans, including online challans and court challans. For this purpose, Vehicleinfo may engage third-party service providers or legal partners (“Legal Partner”). Vehicleinfo acts solely as a facilitator connecting Users with the Legal Partner, and the Legal Partner shall be solely responsible for the payment and settlement of challans, whether online or court challans.
By availing challan payment or settlement services through the Vehicleinfo platform, You hereby appoint and authorise Vehicleinfo and/or the Legal Partner, as applicable, to act as Your agent for the limited purpose of making challan payments and, where required, appearing and representing You before the traffic court in respect of court challans. By using these services, You agree to be bound by this Challan Service Policy.
OTP Sharing and Information Accuracy
In certain cases, retrieval or payment of challans requires OTP validation sent to the mobile number registered with the relevant RTO. You hereby consent to sharing such OTP with Vehicleinfo. Vehicleinfo shall not be liable for any mismatch, inaccuracy, or non-updated challan information reflected on the platform, nor for any liability arising due to incorrect or delayed data from government portals or authorities. Any such liability shall not be attributable to Vehicleinfo or the Legal Partner.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Settlement timelines are indicative and subject to delays from traffic authorities or courts:
Court Challans: Processing and settlement may take up to 60 days.
E-Challans: Processing and settlement typically take 7 working days.
Refund Policy for Challan Services
Court Challans: Refund requests shall not be accepted after 24 hours from the time of payment.
E-Challans: Refunds shall not be applicable after 0 hours, as processing begins immediately upon payment. In cases where Vehicleinfo’s system is unable to settle a challan, the challan amount shall be automatically refunded in full.
Refunds shall not be processed once any challan (including e-Challan, Physical Court Challan, or Virtual Court Challan) has been settled.
Eligible refunds, if any, shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.
Convenience Fee and Charges
You acknowledge the convenience provided by Vehicleinfo in facilitating challan settlement and agree that Vehicleinfo shall charge a convenience fee along with applicable taxes. You agree not to raise any dispute or claim in relation to such convenience fee. Further, where a challan is settled at a lower amount than the original challan value, You agree that the balance amount shall be retained by Vehicleinfo as compensation for its services, and no claim shall be raised in this regard.
External Settlement and Duplicate Payments
If You submit a challan to Vehicleinfo for settlement but subsequently resolve the same through an external legal advisor or third party, no refund shall be issued. Where a challan is settled through another platform prior to settlement by Vehicleinfo, Vehicleinfo shall refund only the challan amount (excluding convenience or legal fees), subject to verification of relevant documents and confirmation that payment was made for the same challan through Vehicleinfo.
Settlement Status and Delays
You acknowledge that the reflection of final settlement status on traffic department portals may take 30–60 working days for court challans and 10–15 working days for online challans. Any delay in such updation shall not be attributable to Vehicleinfo. Any dispute relating to non-updation of challan status may be raised with Vehicleinfo customer support at support@vehicleinfo.app within 30 days from expiry of the stipulated timelines. All timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to court holidays, strikes, and factors beyond Vehicleinfo’s control. Vehicleinfo does not guarantee settlement within any specified timelines.
Court Decisions and Liability
You acknowledge that the final outcome of court challan settlements and any subsequent orders or actions by traffic courts are outside the control of Vehicleinfo and shall be solely at the discretion of the relevant court. Vehicleinfo, the Legal Partner, and any third-party service provider shall not be held liable for any adverse court orders or actions.
The challan services are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No person is authorised to make any warranty on behalf of Vehicleinfo.
Legal Partner and Data Sharing
To facilitate challan payment, Vehicleinfo may share Your personal data, including challan details, phone numbers, and necessary documents, with the Legal Partner, and You expressly consent to such data sharing. The Legal Partner shall abstain from paying challans where court appearance is required, and any failure to settle in such cases shall be the sole responsibility of the User. Where the challan amount exceeds the court-ordered amount, the Legal Partner shall refrain from payment and a full refund shall be processed within 7 working days.
Rejection and Non-Compliance
Vehicleinfo and the Legal Partner disclaim liability where challans are rejected by traffic authorities. In such cases, the challan amount shall be refunded within 7 days of rejection. Where challan receipts are unavailable, a declaration or screenshot from the relevant government portal shall be provided as proof of payment status. You shall be solely responsible for any rejection arising due to discrepancies or variations in documents submitted by You, including any resulting non-compliance for pending challans.
Disclaimer
Vehicleinfo is not authorised by any government authority to directly collect challan payments and does not represent or act on behalf of any government department or traffic enforcement agency. Vehicleinfo is a private service provider offering a convenience-based facilitation service. By using the platform, You authorise Vehicleinfo and its representatives to process and pay challans on Your behalf through official government portals and legal channels.
Vehicleinfo affirms that its operations comply with applicable laws and do not violate RBI regulations, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. Vehicleinfo does not function as a payment gateway, bank, or financial intermediary. Challan payment services are provided by the Legal Partner, who is solely responsible for payment, and Vehicleinfo shall not be liable for any action or inaction of the Legal Partner.
7. User Obligations
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, provide accurate and lawful information. You shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including content, software, trademarks, logos, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Vehicleinfo. No right or license is granted to You except for limited use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. Data Collection, Use, Disclosure And Security
Vehicleinfo may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with the application. Such non-personal information may include, without limitation, browser type, device type, operating system, internet service provider, and other technical information relating to a user’s means of connection to the application.
Vehicleinfo uses collected information solely to improve user experience and service delivery, including to personalise user experience, operate, maintain, improve, and develop its services, and to communicate with users through emails, push notifications, service-related messages (such as account verification, order confirmations, feature updates, technical notices, and security alerts). Personal and Non-personal information may also be used for internal analytics, market research, and promotional purposes, including recommending relevant applications or services.
Vehicleinfo may disclose personal information and non- personal information to its affiliates, subsidiary companies, group entities, or trusted third parties, subject to user consent and in accordance with applicable laws. Such entities shall comply with this policy and relevant legal requirements. Vehicleinfo ensures that personal information and non-personal information are handled distinctly. Information collected is temporarily stored on Vehicleinfo’s servers and is collected when users interact with or use the application.
Vehicleinfo offers features that allow users to upload documents and manually input data through the application. By uploading documents or providing data, users expressly consent to Vehicleinfo storing such information on its backend servers for the purpose of providing access, personalised recommendations, solutions, and services. Vehicleinfo shall maintain the confidentiality of such documents and user-input data under reasonable security controls and shall not share the same with any third party without user consent, except with its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, or partners for operational, service-related, or lawful purposes.
Vehicleinfo adopts appropriate technical, administrative, and security measures to safeguard user information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including protection of personal information, credentials, transaction data, and information stored on the application. The application follows industry-recognised security standards, including PCI vulnerability standards, to provide a secure environment for users.
10. Third-Party Services And Links
The Platform may contain links or access points to third-party websites or services. Vehicleinfo does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your engagement with third-party services is at Your own risk.
11. Third-party Loan Facilitator
By accessing the loan-related entry points available on the Vehicleinfo platform, users acknowledge and agree that they will be redirected to a third-party loan facilitator for the purpose of completing the loan application process. Vehicleinfo does not collect, store, or process any financial or loan-related data in connection with such applications. All interactions, data sharing, and transactions undertaken on the third-party platform shall be governed by the privacy policy and terms of the respective third-party facilitator, which users are encouraged to review prior to proceeding.
12. Disclaimer Of Warranties
The Platform and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Vehicleinfo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
13. Termination
Vehicleinfo may suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
14. Assignment
Vehicleinfo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or group entity without prior notice. Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.
15. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to arbitration, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Severability And Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
17. Modification Of Terms
Vehicleinfo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
